Equalizer leveler slowly drops

Purchased a 2021 View 24d with Equalizer auto leveling system. Recently, the right rear jack does not stay retracted. It slowly drops while driving and when parked. About an inch an hour (see picture). This ultimately causes the warning light to go off and must use the all retract switch to raise the jack. Efforts to contact Equalizer have not been successful as they don't seem to return phone calls. Winnebago dealer tried the procedure of fully raising and lowering the jacks to eliminate air pockets but that made no difference. Other possibilities include the jack's retract valve not being fully closed or a leak in a connection or the jack itself.

My question is where to go for service as Equalizer does not list any service locations on its website and the local Winnebago dealers are booked out for months.
