Dropping the frame on Micro Minnie 1808 FBS

I need to drop the frame on my new 2021 Micro Minnie so it will tow better with my BMW SUV. I looked at the axle and it looks straight forward. The height is currently set to maximum. It looks like there are two lower settings - the lower of which will drop it by 3 inches. Looks like four bolts per axle. Anybody have any experience with this?

I had the dealer lower the trailer the first smaller step when we bought it, we didn't need the "off road" look. However, as I understood it the lower setting is for 14" tires that used to come on the base models.
