92 Adventurer tire removal.

I have a 92 Adventurer 34’ Diesel pusher and one of the tires on the rear duals is flat and off the bead. I am trying to remove the tire but need to buy an air wrench to get the lugs loose. Does anyone know what size lug I would be looking at? I have looked thru all the books and documents I have and can’t find the info.

Thanks in advance,
Jonathan

Due to the massive weights involved, tire changing in diesel RVs is pretty much always left to professional tire shops. Hence, there are no spares, lug wrenches, jacks or instructions.

Thanks.

That would explain the lack of directions. I do have a lug wrench of sorts. I did read somewhere that they are torqued to 450 ft/lbs.

I have it jacked up. It is in the driveway so at least I am not stuck out on the road. My roadside coverage company doesn’t want to send someone to the house. And yes, I am not real comfortable crawling around under it even with the mechanical background I have.

Thank you for your input and advice. Time to call some shops.
