Hwh leveling jack parts

Hello,
I have a question. Does somebody can help me to get a kickdown cylinder for a HWH rear jack 610 series? Mine is leaking on the side.
I found a part number RAP0547 but we don't have a shop here in Germany.
For me it dosen't matter it is used or new.
THX for help

Oliver

I did a Google search in the USA for "RAP0547" and found several places with the part for sale.

It looks like HWH.com doesn't have a problem shipping overseas.

Go to this HWH website: TITLE

Click on "order" and fill out the form. And/or send an email to [email protected] for more info.

Scrolling down to order page I found the following statement:

Non U.S. Transactions:
If this transaction involves a non-U.S. party ("Ship-To" and/or "Bill-To") this section must be filled out, or we cannot process the order. (As a U.S. Exporter, we are legally required to obtain the following End-Use information to determine if an export license is required.)
What is the END USE of the goods being ordered?

Chemical & Biological Weapons Regional Stability
Fireams Conventions Nuclear Nonproliferation
Crime Control National Security
Anti-Terrorism Missile Tech
Other (explain):

It could be your emails to [email protected] are going into a spam folder.

I went to hwh.com and found the "contact" page: HWH Contact Page

Maybe sending a request to HWH on the contact page may help.

I do suggest you provide more detail than you have in this thread, when you do write.

Your posts in this thread are lacking in the detail about what you have tried and what specifically you are wanting.

For example, in your initial posting you never mentioned you already tried to contact HWH at "[email protected]", but never got a reply.

I know almost nothing about making international phone calls, but depending on how critical this is to you, maybe it is time to make a phone call to HWH.

I suggest you go to these forums and re-post your question.
https://www.irv2.com/forums/

Forums - Escapees Discussion Forum

This forum you are asking for assistance is mostly limited to owners of Winnebago RV's.

The 2 forums I listed above are read by RV'ers with many, many years of RV'ing experience. You will have a better chance of getting a knowledgeable reply from those forums.
