Road master Base Plates for Dodge 1500 will fit multiple years, mine was a 2013, but I am told by etrailer.com personnel that this base plate will fit 2012 through current year. I will try and post pictures to show how it fit on my dodge.

Although I did install them on my dodge, they were never used. As before we used them, I traded the dodge for a Jeep, 2019 unlimited. I have all the parts, screws, bolts and instructions, although the instruction video available at etrailer is much better than the instruction. Pretty easy install, this old 77 3/4 year old Marine did it in a couple of hours.
These are the type that are quick release and requires no bar across the front. They are made for a roadmaster tow bar, but there are adapters available to allow them to be used with blue ox or others.
