I purchased this RV brand new on January 7, 2023, and the RV slide broke on January 13. The fresh water tank also does not hold fresh water. These items are covered under warranty, but I’m admittedly having a difficult time getting them repaired. At this point, I want to sell the RV. I slept in it once, but did not use the toilet, microwave, stove, and most everything else. I added water to the toilet but did not use it. I also took one shower and used the bathroom sink to brush my teeth. I washed my hands in the kitchen sink. The RV comes with the upgraded 15000 btu AC and Goodyear Wrangler AT tires. I installed a new Voyager rear view camera, Camco 48751 weight distribution hitch, 3-step Moryde steps with handrail, and a micro air easy start 364. Also included is a host of new RV equipment, including the drain hose, fresh water hose, electric wires and adapters, a brand new 17” Blackstone Grill with table. My experience with Winnebago and the repair issues have made me realize that RVing is probably not for me.

Might I suggest that you hire a local mechanic to fix the slide and the fresh water tank leak. I bet you won't have to spend over $1K to get that done, and then sell yours for $34.5K, thus recovering an extra $5K.

Winnebago has retained Lippert to replace the entire Schwin Tek slide and will hire a technician to repair the holding tank as well as the damaged trim, etc. The repairs will be completed by mid-February. Once the repairs are complete, I will sell the RV for $29,900, with all of the upgrades included. As described above, the RV is essentially brand new and was purchased new on January 7, 2023.
