For Sale: 2008 Journey 39z

I'm wrapping up a few repairs in the coming weeks with the intention of handing this motorhome off to the local CW to consign. Thought I'd drop some info here before I pass it.

We (2 owner coach) are I believe the 3rd or 4th owners. We have had it ~ 5 or 6 years. Really like the coach but my partner in it has relocated making the partnership no longer viable. Credit Union has a lein still so transaction will be completed at local credit union.

In the time we've owned it we have done the following work to it:

Annual oil change and service
Annual generator oil change and service
New tires < 3 yrs ago
New chassis batteries 2022
New coach batteries 2023
New jack hydraulic pump 2021(maybe 2022)
EGR system replaced 2019 (that bill was painful)
Air dryer/filter system replaced 2021
Roof edge caulking removed and re-sealed in 2019 and again on 2021
Replace automatic transfer switch 2023
Replaced bath fan 2020
HD TV antenna
Quick release propane line added
TV added in front passenger side compartment on swing out mount.
Interior lighting changed to LED except vanity bulbs.

Coach has satellite dish of some sort in a dome. We've never used it so im not certain on carrier or functionality

Coach also has washer/dryer combo. I used it once and found it too small to be terribly useful so i haven't used it since.

8k generac generator has performed exceptionally reliably.

Remaining items I'm fixing:

Fridge sometimes won't fire on propane
WH also temperamental on propane.
DVD player/surround sound system quit working properly, I have a Samsung unit replacing it.

Faults to note:

Dash/chassis air does not cool
3m shield stuff is wearing off particularly at the front cap.
Have one door with a creased dent.
Typical paint chips/scuffs expected with coach this age.
Driver slider window missing some element to allow it to slide open.
Entry door glass fogging.
Stove Corian counter cover has a corner chipped
One or two of the daytime/blackout blinds don't move smoothly.
Carpet in reasonably good shape for its age. No significant stains but typical wear.

~ 70,000 miles Will verify generator hours and update here. Will also be uploading pic gallery in coming days. Years of work identified are approximate.

I'm seeing dealers asking between $75,000 and $95,000.

Offering now before the dealer markup at $65,000
