2010 25 ft - Class C Winnebago - runs great

Comfortable, well-made, fully-working 2010 Winnebago motorhome for sale by owners who have used it for 3 years. Located in Northern California (near Sacramento). This 25 foot Class C RV is built on a Ford E450 chassis (which means it has a stronger engine and can carry more cargo weight than an E350). The model is a “Chalet”, more commonly known as its equivalent model called “Access (24V)”. Sleeps 6; seatbelts for 7 people.

Recent upgrades: backup camera, Bluetooth-compatible stereo, multi-outlet 12-volt socket (connected to house batteries)

Replaced in the last 3 to 4 years: all tires, both house batteries, room-darkening window shades, queen size mattress, upholstery on all chairs and cabover mattress, shower faucet and low-flow showerhead, smoke/CO2/gas detectors, high-quality LED lightbulbs

Electrical system is 30 Amp. All appliances are working: 3-burner stove, oven, microwave, gas/electric fridge and freezer, air conditioning, gas furnace, water heater, water pump. 4.0KW Onan generator runs great.

Contains three beds: queen size bed in the rear, queen size mattress on the cabover, and convertible dining table. In addition to the dining table that seats 4, there’s also a lounge chair. Lots of storage space throughout. Double kitchen sink, separate bathroom sink with medicine cabinet, toilet and separate shower stall.

Winter features: rear-view mirrors with defrost; water system winterization intake/valves

This rig does NOT have any slideouts. The fiberglass roof is in great condition; no water leaks or damage anywhere on the body. Exterior ladder can accommodate a bike rack. Tow hitch can handle a motorcycle rack or tow vehicle. RUNS AND DRIVES STRONG; odometer at 101,095 miles. Has cruise control and tow/haul transmission function. We have maintenance records and the owner’s manuals. Clean title, current registration with title in our name. Smogged.

Length 25 feet; Width 8.5 feet; Height 10’11”
Fuel tank: 55 gallons
Freshwater tank: 42 gal; black tank 39 gal; gray tank 29 gal
