''84 chieftan airhorn HELP

The air horn on my newly acquired '84 chieftan 33 doesn't work and I'm actually heartbroken. I really want to get it functional. Any ideas where to start cause I have no idea.

Edit: the very first thing we did was replace all the fuses we could find. The only ones we didn't replace were the 5 amp fuses. Would it be one of those maybe? Only half the fuse labels are readable.

I'm thinking this is one which will require going direct to Winnebago for info/ drawings as they only post online back to 1990,leaving us cold for info.

There is a small help which I do not know if it applies to the older RV or not?
At some point Winnebago started labeling the small wires.

You may/may not find these on your wiring??
But IF you do there is a list to "decode" where the wire comes from and goes to.
