I am super happy with my 2013 Diesel Porsche Cayenne and a 2100bh with a WDH. Average 15 mpg towing. I can drive the speed limit from Phoenix to Flagstaff (5000 ft elevation gain at 75 mph) and I get 30 mpg on the highway when I am not towing. I think a good hitch makes up for the short wheel base. My tow capacity/tongue weight are 7800/700 lbs.
