As far as I can tell, Tilex is Clorox jargon for lauramine oxide (foamy coconut oil extract) and sodium orthosilicate (caustic). Clorox Plus Tilex is bleach along with an anti-foaming agent, fragrance, lauramine oxide (foamy coconut oil extract) and sodium orthosilicate.
Clorox owns the Tilex trademark and so far has no separate item as plain Tilex. Even resellers that advertise having Tilex when you click on the link display a bottle of Clorox Plus with Tilex. Would be nice to see the link to the plain Tilex available in December to see where it comes from and if real or just a name game.
That said Concrobium Mold Stain Remover in mild solution works great without the damaging bleach in it. On mold remediation crews we would use ammonium chloride with a little dawn dish soap on surfaces we did not want to damage with bleach.
