We just bought a Minnie 2200ss and would love to remove the jack knife sofa over the only slide out with either two recliners or a loveseat recliner. Has anyone done this or something similar? Does the floor go back to wall? We are newbies only had trailer for less than a month.
I can't find any Minnie 2200ss model in the currently line up. Perhaps its a 2202 RBS??
If it is, that model is available with "theater seating" as an option, so one would think it is doable.
Certainly folks have replaced their TT's sofa's for recliners, etc. But your exact model? That may be difficult to find. I most cases it's trial and error to do the process.
YouTube has a number of video's of people that have done similar things on different TTs. Perhaps you should take a look there.
I would start by taking a look under the couch and measuring the space available as well as looking at the floor. No need to figure out what you want and then find it doesn't fit the space. What you can use then will depend on what the base of the new is compared to what you are going to fasten it down on. Everybody wants something different so lots of personal decisions to make.
