Question Pleated Shades in Minnie

Pleated Shade in slide-out by Theater Seating in new (2021) Minnie 2529RG is not working correctly. Noticed a screw in the upper left is not inserted and the top of the shade is hanging loose. Shaded will not stay in the closed position. Could not find where the screw is supposed to go. I looked on the opposite side but very difficult to see. Any thoughts on how to fix?
