Newbie Micro Minnie 1808

Hi everyone, first time 'Happy Camper' new life for retirement coming. I bought this Minnie on e-bay and it was then shipped to my residence. Since I did not get to meet the folks at the camper dealership I am trying to find my way through the MANUALS for operation instructions OMG!!! I am hoping some of you can help with a few general questions. If the battery charge does not light up unless the extension cable to the electric source is hooked up does that mean the battery on the unit is dead? Everything works okay when the hook up is plugged... does that make sense.

I've a 20191808FBS and have used it on a handful of trips so far. Sonoma, Mammoth Mountain and some high Sierra boondocking.


Check the battery cutoff switch next to the water heater, in the "basement" under the bed. Turn it to "on"

Make sure there's a battery on the battery box up front and that it's connected. I'm running 2 batteries which last 3 days in freezing weather.
