Micro Minnie 2106DS brand new 2019

We just bought the DS model with Murphy bed passed up queen bed model for a $10K better left over deal, how many people with this model miss the queen size bed? Can u see the TV ok from the bed , looks too far away? We pick up our unit next week. now got wonders on it, soooo excited.

I have the 2018 2106DS and am quite happy with it. I did look at the model with the bed rather than the Murphy Bed but like the set up with the two couches better. Not a fan of using the bed to sit on, not comfortable for those sitting on the bed at all.
As to watching tv, The dealer orders the tv, my dealer went with the larger tv option and you can quite comfortably watch that tv from the bed

Thanks so much, TrailerDon, we have always had a small TV mounted over near the bed, not sure if a table would work with one near bed with a splitter added. Love queen size beds, this is 54" we shall see its a done deal now. I think it will be ok. Love the layout.

We have a 2019 2106DS and are very happy with it,and the view of the TV. The only issue if you will, is the TV can be hard to hear when the AC is on.

Ohhhh that worries me too, I dont hear all that great, might have to put a 2nd TV by end of bed maybe by end of sofa, I assume I could run a splitter and coax off the first one. We pick it up tomm, so excited!!!

I got a new question.....the book lists all DS models with a 54 x 75 Murphy bed, but when I go on other sites I see some showing queen Murphy beds. Our 19' also does not have the right side night table it has two closets one on right and left. I wonder if this might be a very early 2019 release? Since it has a diff plan inside. Anyone else have a 2106DS with a queen bed and closets.

Yours is a newer one and it has a full size. The older ones didn't have a true Murphy bed the mattress just folded up behind the sofa. Even though the bed may be smaller we liked the 2019 design much better.

You can run your TV through your ceiling speakers using the radio system. That may help some.

Also if you set your fan speed to low it will run the fan all the time but it is quieter. On auto the fan runs on high speed.

We have four Yorkies and I will give u 3 guesses where they sleep a full size will be a struggle I think, but we plan to put RV dinette cushions on each side of the boxes that show on the sides. We have some skinny ones a friend gave us, I think will fit fine. We shall see got a June trip to Lancaster PA in just a few days. Interesting trip I think.

That is good to know, maybe even a sound bar on the TV, would work. The speakers sound like a great idea. Thanks so much for giving us ideas.

That's a good idea. I wonder if it will work for our 65 pound mutt that likes to sleep at the foot of our bed.

We picked up the 2106DS yesterday, 2019 leftover lots of 2020s out now. I noticed no Winnebago packet with all manuals in it. All our past campers came with a company packet. Should there be one? Wonder if someone took it out? There are a few manuals out on counter top, but no official packet? Cant wait to head out in it next week.

Ours was in the cabinet over the sink in a red pouch. You should get one from your dealer because all your appliance information and instructions are in there.

Hey higgy123, I found it!!!! It was in the corner of entertainment center. Whole bag of goodies as well. I was surprised to make the bed up and all the queen size stuff fit fine. Even tho bag on bed said 54 x 75 full. Haas to be close to a queen. We are so pleased with the quality of the Winnie, so much better made than prob last 4 campers we've had.

We have a 2106DS. We are senior citizens and first time Camper Owner.
We love the size and floor plan. The TV does look far away from the bed. We like the Murphy Bed ,because it gives us more seating.
We are disappointed in the quality of Winnebago. We have had a lot of problems. From spring of 2018 until April 2019 it was at Dealer for 5 months total. Hopefully this is all behind us and we can enjoy it.

Boy no one wants to hear that 68runner. we just traded in a new 2018 Coachmen Clipper FQ for the same reason, non stop things wrong. We have not been out in our Winnie yet, hope all is good. Bought this one local so hope all problems can or could be repaired in a timely basis. Hope you got things right and can enjoy time away. This is why we chose Winnebago for their high quality. Praying we are not let down.
