We have the 2500FL which is somewhat larger than the unit you are considering. It has the 15K BTU unit. Our last trailer, a Keystone Bullet 19FBPR also had the 15K BTU unit and is closer in size to what you are considering. Both provide(d) excellent cooling capability, albeit sometimes struggling a bit in extreme heat.
A unit that is too large could short-cycle; while it would cool you down it wouldn't dehumidify the air in the trailer as well and is less efficient. I'm not sure if this could or would be a problem; super-insulation is not what these trailers are known for.
Best wishes in your selection and future camping.
