Huck Bolt Removal?

I need to replace the rear bumper on my 2108DS MM and discovered that it is attached to the frame with 4 Huck bolts. Research suggests that they go on easily with a swaging Huck bolt tool but are very difficult to remove. I’m wondering if anyone here has any experience/advice on this? Thanks in advance. .

I think you could center punch the head and drill the head out. I don't know if the Huck bolts are particularly hard material.
