I don't know what model comes as an option but according to my RV Products catalog they run from $450 to $800.

Good selection on Amazon and for as little as $94: https://smile.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb...d=VRZCIWBSEMUJ

This is the factory one in my 28rbds. Model number in the link. Etrailer carries them but any electric fireplace of the correct dimensions will work. http://www.winnieowners.com/forums/f...em-353017.html

Has anyone ever added one to a Minnie Winnie? Would love to have one in our new Class C when we finally pull the trigger on a new one. If you have please add pics. I have a Brother In Law who is a cabinet maker so I might put him to work for a retrofit if needed.

I own a 2013 Sightseer 35G which came with a fireplace. Unfortunately it went out, shorted out. I called Winnebago looking for a replacement and they said they no longer carry replacement for my fireplace, they gave me the number of the distributor who also said they are no longer made. So I did a little research and settled on a Puraflame 26" fireplace. I bought it from Amazon and had to build my own mounting brackets as they did not come with any. Anyways, here's what it looks like in my rig.

That is sweet looking! My biggest problem will be the limited area in a Class C. But where there is a will....there's a way

That looks nice and has me thinking. Wouldn't mind adding that to my 27RBDS as well.

What about the power, is the power from the tv and stereo in the cabinet plugged in to something or would I need to splice into the power line?

It’s just a standard 110 3prong plug. There’s a 110 outlet on the floor behind where it’s mounted. Yours may or may not have that outlet since yours wasn’t optioned with the fireplace. But I don’t see you can’t use the outlet the tv is plugged into since it’s nearby.

What’s in the fireplace spot in your 27rbds?

Hmm, after looking at my 2015 layout it's not quite as easy to just swap in the fireplace. TV is off-centered and the center space is tiny. I'd have to get new doors I believe and make some cuts. Well, there goes that idea.
