Cushions on Dinette

Thinking of purchasing a Minnie 2401 RG and have a question on cushions in dinette. They seem to on new ones setting at dealerships that the cushions are kind of looking tired and worn already. Has anyone had an issue with them? We have a 3 year old other brand and they are not as tired or worn looking. Next question has anyone ever replaced the foam with a better one?

Thanks

Replacing the foam is easy for any upholstery shop. I just removed the whole dinette and put a recliner sofa in the spot. Just take your measurements and go shopping. Just make sure you get a sofa with removable back cushions.

We wanted to keep the dinette, but the foam is awful, so we took the cushions to a place that does boat and RV upholstery. They replaced the foam with a high-density foam and now the dinette is comfy to sit on and the vinyl looks great.

Soon after we assumed our rig from the original owner we had the EasyRest and the dinette re-upholstered to include new firmer foam on both. We chose a high quality vinyl (pleather?) on the EasyRest and the original fabric dry cleaned and reinstalled on the dinette. Much improved look and comfort.

That sounds like the ticket. Had a Class C seats redone and he stated after the fact used high density foam and it seemed to hold up much better.
