I remember reading that the Micro Minnie can have it's ride height adjusted and not all of them come from the factory at the same ride height.

https://www.winnieowners.com/forums/...ht-357729.html

This makes it impossible for anyone to tell you exactly what the hitch height will be for your trailer.

It is my understanding that the newer models do not have the ride height adjustment feature.

How did you come to this understanding?

I can't find any info online which states otherwise, other than 1 random forum post of someone saying they "think" the adjustment was removed and nobody else confirming or denying it.

The owners manual is generic and has not even been updated since 2020, so the info there can't be trusted 100%.

I'll try to get a measurement of mine this weekend when I install my cameras. But I'm parked on gravel which I'm certain is not perfectly level. So I'm sure my numbers will not be accurate.

I had inquired back in November with Winnebago about adjustable height for my 2022 2225RL and here was their response:

“ I reached out to my engineering team for assistance, and the 2022 units do not have adjustable axles. ”

Someone on this site mentioned it.

My axles are definitely adjustable, but others have posted this feature is gone in newer models. It may have been when the axles were changed. Mine has 3500 lb axles for a 7000 GVWR, but the later models starting (I think) in mid-2021 switched to a 5500 GVWR.

Anyway, here's what the adjustment looks like so you can peek at your own rig and see if it's there. If you look close you'll see the bolt (the bigger one behind the flange -- the white on the right side is a cover over the wheels) is in the top of 3 holes. This means my rig is at its lowest position. If I raise it up I'd be able to put on 15" tires, for example. I think the newer models are effectively always at the higher height when compared to mine.

I took a look at my axles, and they are not adjustable. So it appears that they have removed the adjustable axles on the 2022 models. Maybe earlier models as well, but I can only speak for my model.

I have received schematics for my TT from Winnebago and even their schematics do not list the hitch height.

Thanks DaveW for your interest. Last week I was able to level my 2100BH and install my Andersen WDH. The height to the top of the coupler is 28 inches. Instead of a 4 inch receiver like I had ordered I had to purchase an 8 inch receiver. It works fine in the highest setting. If anyone needs a Andersen 4 inch receiver I have one for sale at a good price.

So, 28"to the top of the coupler, with the 8" Andersen receiver, in the 'up' position. Same setup as mine. Looks like we finally have a common answer to the question !

(now if I can only figure out how to get a few more inches clearance from my hatch to the top of the tongue jack, I'll be a happy camper)

Happy Trails

Hey Stephen; something I had forgot to mention. I had to modify my 8 inch receiver so I could use the 2nd hole from the front of the receiver to mount it. A brace on the receiver prevented me from using the 2nd hole. So I reduced that brace by 3/4 inch. Using the 1st hole would have given me more extension but that would have reduced my TV's tongue capacity a lot. Anyway, my TV and trailer are very level and it is towing great. Good luck with yours.
