Connexx Radio 2022 Minnie 2529RG

Before I make the 2 hr trek back to the dealership I thought I'd ask here first. New owner here of a Minnie 2529RG. During walk through this past weekend the radio was working great. Only thing was that the remote did not come with batteries so we manually worked the radio. My first mistake, as I should've requested batteries for remote so we could try it out. Much to my dismay, the remote only turns the radio on and cycles through the different sources, volume and mutes. The tuner function does not work nor do the previous/next buttons. Anyone have this issue? If it's an easy fix, I'd like to try before taking to dealership.

Before any trip to the dealer do your very best to work things out by yourself. It's very common for your dealer to take your RV in for service and not work on it for months. And even then not be capable of fixing the problem.

That radio I assume is the Connexx WMSDVDZ3. It is sold to OEM manufacturers from Riverpark in Illinois. They have good telephone tech support. So, yes, call them first.
