Brand new 2801bh front AC problem

Hello all, I am brand new to travel trailers my family has always tent camped. Long story short we pulled the trigger on a new 2801 BH and on our first use when both AC units were on we keep tripping the campground 30amp breaker. We have our unit hooked to a surge protector and all is good.
Well after tripping it a couple times. Now my bedroom 2nd AC only blows mild air. I am at a loss and could use some help to keep this 1st trip on the right track.

Simple, you can’t run two A/C units reliably on 30-amp power. When starting, the 2-A/C units pull to much power.

Breakers trip due to heat build up, so drawing lots of amps from the power pedestal in hot temps can make the pedestal’s breakers trip easier.
