The dealer replaced my couch too. If it goes again I’ll just dismantle it and install heavier straps with screws and washers.

We took ours apart and replaced the broken strapping (3) with 1" tiedown straps with buckles to pull them tight, and stitched the ends in place.

I have a 2020 2108DS that I went on a 8,000 mile 3 month shake down cruise from TX to ME and back last summer. I had pretty serious brake problems obviously a factory defect, Winnebago replaced all the brakes. I also had some other issues that they took care of at no cost to me. I do like the trailer but would advise not to expect zero problems.
