(2500FL) Jack knife or Theater Seat Future Value

Looking at a new 2500FL. We are pretty sure we will be replacing whatever style sofa we get with two recliners so not sure how much we care, for ourselves, what it comes with as new.

However am I correct assuming that having the jack knife to put back in down the line gives better value when we trade or sell?

I do suppose we could get used to the theater and abandon idea of chairs?

Theater gives fewer choices on the lots (= higher quotes)?

Do the two side tables squeeze the space too much for recliners?

Thinking out loud...any experience is very appreciated.
