2106DS Some interior lights not working

Help!Feeling VERY green here...... We’re on our maiden voyage and have lights not working. The light over the bed and the main cabin light work. The light over sink, lights by couch/TV, and bathroom lights don’t work. I checked the likely fuse last night (looked ok) and will check other fuses today. We’re hooked up to shore power (30 amp). Also Should we have battery in on or off position?

The battery should be on while camping. Even towing if your fridge is propane it needs to be on as well. Can't help on switches.. sorry. Green is ok we have all been there.

Not sure about your model, but the 2100BH we have has an interior light switch located by the entry door. Some lights are operated by that switch and some lights are only operated manually at the individual light location. Probably obvious..

Nothing’s too obvious for us newbies! Lol! However I think I’ve tried all the obvious now???? We talked to the dealer & tech support. They walked us thru all the stuff we had already tried..... then made an appt for us to bring it in. I was hoping for an obvious little thing. So thanks anyways!!
