2022 2529RG has wrong radio

The 2022 2529RG shows when it has the comfort package it should have the am/ fm/ cd/ dvd unit in it. Mine has the comfort package but we only have a am/ fm radio and that is it. We picked it up 10 days ago and did not notice it till we took it camping for the first time. Has anyone with a 2022 noticed this and should I call the factory. I know the dealer will not be able to answer this for me.

Is it possible that the CD and DVD functions are being covered with your TV's player? Otherwise, yes, please call Winnebago to get the story, and let us know.

I suggest checking the packet of info that should have come with the RV. There should be a page listing all the options included. There may be an option which is with/without this and that does change the package price.

This is something that often happens with car sales. Folks go dealer to dealer and find one which has car slightly cheaper than the other and then later find the reason for the lower price may be in the small options which are not on the cheaper priced, so check before going too far on it beingleft off.
I would not expect the comfort package to involve entertainment options.

I agree to check your sales documents, and to call Winnebago for answers. It's also possible due to the supply chain issues that the usual radio was not available and they substituted a different radio to facilitate delivery.

Best to call the manufacturer to find out what's up.

I just looked at the Winnebago website to find out what the Minnie 2529RG specs are.

First neither the Comfort Tech Package nor the Explorer Package add the radio as you describe it.

HOWEVER - according to the specs for all Minnie Travel Trailers they come standard with:

So there's something awry here that's for sure.

I called customer service and the young lady was very nice and told me the VN number of my cam per was suppose to have the unit with the DVD.
She had me e mail her pictures of the face and the model number. She is going to forward them to someone who can check into it for me. Thanks for the replies and I will update as soon as I know something.
