2021 Micro Mini furnace model question

I am buying a 2021 micro 1800bh. At a dealer in CT I noticed that one of their floorplans had a Truma furnace exhaust and a Truma thermostat while all others had dometics. I expect this is due to shortages last year and Winnebago building with what they could get since they use Truma furnaces on some of their class B’s but wanted to ask:

For those of you with 2019-2021 Micro Minnie’s, do any of you have a Truma?

If yes, what year/model is your MM?

Thanks,

biskit

Interestingly... the Winnebago website doesn't even list what heater is used in the 2021 Micro Mini. There's a "Heating and Cooling" heading but only Cooling and Cooling options are shown.

I have seen a video of a 2021 1/2 1800BH and the exterior panel for the water heater looked different than usual but the presenter did not mention Truma or anything about the heater and or water heater.

Mine has a Dometic furnace, so I'm of no help. The water heater (pictured above) is on mine and it is a Dometic unit. It works fine but I find it annoying that it will not drain completely (drain is not at the low point) and it uses a non-standard nylon drain cap for which I have not yet been able to source a replacement.

Edit: A standard square furnace exhaust screen fits the exhaust outlet of the water heater (for those who need insect screens).

Thanks for confirming that... it's certainly a different WH cover/exhaust duct than typical Atwood/Dometic WH that we are all used to - like this:

The new water heater is a Dometic WH-6GEA if anyone wants to look up the specs. It won't drain completely via the drain. On mine, it will drain as far or farther via suction if you open the cold water low point drain and then open the water heater relief valve.

The new 8 cubic foot absorption fridge is a DM2872RBFX. I discovered this weekend that it has a fan that will turn on to help with ventilation. That's good for cooling but likely bad for battery draw if boon docking. I don't think the prior 6 cubic foot units had a fan.
