You can call Winnebago Towables and ask for a drawing that shows the tank locations. If you have the trailer already, the fresh tank drain is roughly centered (front-back) on the tank (normally on curb side of the trailer). I’d guess the center of the fresh tank is slightly ahead of the front axle.
