Question Help! Cap Lights, Switches, Awning lights... Oh My!

Hi. My husband and I are not new to RV's, we are on our 4th one and our last was a 43' Toy Hauler that was loaded with electronics, but I am having a hard time understanding my new Minnie Plus 27RLTS Fifth Wheel. We are so excited to be downsizing, because we couldn't take our last one anywhere!!! Too Big!

Anyway, There is a rocker switch in the battery compartment that does not seem to do anything. I have no idea what it goes to. It has a fuse box attached and the fuse is not blown. I was thinking it might be the switch for the cap lights, because I can't figure out how to get them on. I don't see a switch in the front compartment, or side compartments, that work them and they do not come on with my inCommand outside or security lights. Actually, nothing comes on when I push those selections!

Can someone please help me? I also have one awning light that won't turn on. One will. This is a brand new coach that was delivered yesterday. We purchased it site unseen from Lazydays, and the process was flawless, but I'm having a hard time getting answers from them too.

Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
