Who made this backup camera?

As I posted earlier the backup camera on my 2018 Winnie Fuse stopped working, at least mostly. Occasionally it will come on and stay on, then shut down and I can't get it to work.

I decided to try to replace the multiplexor as an obvious place to start and the easiest part to replace, but when I called Rear View Safety, who made markets the multiplexor I realized that they make 2 visually identical devices, the RVS-501N and the RVS-501N-3. When I asked the techs they told me that the 501N is for their own camera systems while the 501N-3 is for 3rd party RCA cameras. As I said, multiplexors are visually identical with identical inputs and outputs and neither has a model number on it, so it comes down to trying to identify the camera and I took my long lens today to take some photos. The camera itself does not seem to contain any identifying name (see photo) and the label that is attached gives little information - CCD Color Camera w/o ground, a number (15456) which I assume is the model number and the fact that is is a 12V DC camera - not much to go on.

Does anyone know who made the OEM backup camera on their Winnie? It might be a good place to start.

NOTE: I did a Google for 15456 CCD Color and got some hits so perhaps I can figure this out by making some phone calls tomorrow.

Maybe a call to Tim @ rvcams.com could provide the answer?
