Are you asking about the fresh water tank drain?
In our Aspect 29H (same as Cambria) it is under the rear bed.

Ok I went out look under the couch. No valve. Checked from the outside compartment under the couch no valve.

Checked the Winnebago plumbing diagrams. It does not show a valve up front. Realy does not make sence to put a valve up there where no water runs. Crawled under MH. Only drain I can find is from fresh water over flow and drain valve.

Crawling under MH gave me a chance to try out my new knee replacement I had a month ago.

Go to Winn. site and down load all the diagrams for your MH.

Looking over the diagram again. Opening the faucets and opening the outside shower and putting the hose on the ground should drain everything. Pumping anti freeze through the sysem should flush out all your water lines anyway. Just make sure the antifreeze comes out every faucet and toilet. Do not forget to turn HW by pass valve.
