It takes some time to get into the use of forums and how to get the best/quickest response.
When we have a problem, we do get better results if we put the year, make and model/floorplan of our RV in the first post. That lets folks know which RV .
But when we have a problem, it is often one of the smaller "added" items like the water heater. That puts the info over into things Winnebagod does consider their problem but something they bought from other places.
Long story, short is we need to know which brand and model of water heater you have on your specific RV!
Sorry about the stall but if you can locate a label on the water heater, there are often sites where we can go and locate things like wiring diagrams to check for that one wire!
While about it, can you locate where one end of that wire comes from or other info? Like is it the AC power white wire that comes in or one of the smaller wires between two parts?
We can likely sort out where the end belongs but the more info we get, the shorter/quicker the chase!
