In our 2008 View we just turn off pump when hitting the sack. Residual pressure allows a couple/few quick flushes in the middle of the night without waking anyone.

Thanks everyone for all the great feedback and discussion. After much deliberation I will follow Old Crows advice and KISS this problem goodbye - Keep It Simple Stupid !


Turning the pump off and putting a bottle of water beside the toilet is the simplest and least problem prone answer. Still think the accumulator would work … but the additional weight of about 15 lbs is better spent on a 6 pack of my fav brew. Thanks again,
