We recently sold out 40' coach and interested in moving to a new View/Navion. I'm interested in knowing what owners of these units received for a discount off of the MSRP?

Minimum is usually 25% off. Depending on how hungry the dealer is % off can go up to 40-45%. Our best has been a 5th wheel we bought for 43% off, after 6 years we traded it in and the trade was 10K less than what we paid. I think that was an exception.
I don't have a View, but from what I've read on these forums, 23% is about the max discount for a new View. You can't compare its value to any other type of RV, such as a diesel pusher, TT, or 5th wheel.

You should be able to get 23-27% off without too much hassle. Depends on how long the unit has been sitting on their lot. Call Lewis RV or Lichtsinn RV and see what kind of deal they can make for you. They have the low cost reputation on the web. Last year I was looking at View and the local Camping World said would order one for me at 27% off list. I went another direction but I was told that was a good deal. These are like cars so timing is important.
We bought ours at Lewis, as did so many others. Great discounts for initial purchase, people do fly in from all over the US to buy there. I don't know about their trade-in, financing, etc.
