I asked Winnebago a similar question 18 months ago. They sent me a care procedure from the Roof / Fiberglass Mfg. It recommended Meguiars Pure RV / Marine Wax #56
There are lots of safe options, but there are some bad ones too. Don't try some crazy magic solution that you just spray and done
and don't buy some hard paste wax that if you do one time you will never want to do it again
I use RV Wash & Wax every time I wash the RV, and I use the Meguiars Pure RV / Marine Wax #56 twice a year. In between, or if I see a tough spot I use Meguiars #83 Cleaning & Polish.

I am in the middle of experiment where I used Turtle Wax Hybrid Solution Ceramic Spray on my roof. I have no idea if it is any good, but the You Tube videos speak highly of it. I don't plan to use on the body of RV even if it works, but I like the fact that it is easy to apply on the roof. My test is to see if it can protect decaying leaves on my roof this Fall. I know the Meguiars Pure RV / Marine Wax #56 can, but it takes twice as long to apply.
Good luck.
