We installed ours last week and it does help along with Sumo Springs front and rear, and Koni shocks.
We chose and installed the Hellwig.

Is this your first motorhome? I have a '17 24V with the stock sway bar, stock shocks, and no problems with cross winds and trucks.

Motorhomes are sails when the wind is blowing. The wind will bounce you around and move you around a bit but if you learn to go with it, you will survive. When it starts moving you over a lane or two, you park the rig. Your safety is more important than a deadline.

Trucks are easy to deal with. Keep your speed closer to what they are traveling - it will lessen the effects. Realize that the bow wave will move you over a foot or two and the vacuum after the truck passes will move you back the other direction by a foot or two. In other words, relax and don't overcorrect when a truck passes.

And if you really think you need a sway bar to replace the one you already have, look at Helwig.
