Shurflo check valve

How do you adjust? Took check valve apart to clean and took the adjustment screw out. The pump works ok, and shuts off, but now I have almost no city pressure.

The check valve is not adjustable. It only function to let water flow by one direction and not back the other.

The adjustment screw on the check valve housing is for pressure switch adjustment not city water flow. It adjusts when the pump turns on and off due to pressure changes in the system.

Are you sure the problem is from your work and not some coincidental outside cause. It should have nothing to do with the city water pressure.

Makes sense..thanks for the input...I thought it worked a bit like a regulator...anyway I'll check the hose regulator and bib flow tomorrow. Thanks again for the quick response .
