Seal Cover at Slide Outs Coming Off

On our 219 Outlook 31 N 2 months after we purchased it the screw trim cover at the front of the rear slide out nearly blew off. We pulled over and taped it down. Fortunately we were close to our dealer and they were able to repair it. Nearly a year later after washing my RV for our trip this week I found that the rear trim cover on the same slide out was loose and about to come off. Called our dealer but they were to busy to look at and told us to tape it. Called Winnebago service and they explained how the trim mounted. It slides into a metal grove in the trim. After several attempts there always was a foot and a half section not sealed. Not wanting to risk highway speeds blowing it off I left it off for the trip. Yesterday driving back after about 30 miles on I-17 I saw the front trim at the main slide out was coming off. By the time I reached a safe place to pull of the trim was only connected at the bottom. I removed and taped over the exposed slide seal. Three of the four covers have now failed since we purchased the RV May 2019. Is this a problem other Outlook holders are having? I'll contact Winnebago service tomorrow but would appreciate any feed back.
