Plastic tube from under the RV

I have a 2019 View. Noticed a white plastic tube under the RV 3 feet from the back wheels forward. Not sure what it is for. Wold appreciate input. Thanks.

Hi Chemosavvy,
You must be a Lone Ranger fan, right? Those Fran Striker books were great. I am assuming your moniker is a play-on-words of Kemosabe.
I believe the white tube would be your fresh water tank drain line.

The one you are looking at could be either fresh water tank drain or low point drain. If you look hard you should see at least three tubes. Two would be low point drains, one hot one cold the other would be your fresh water tank drain.

Good Luck safe travels

Thanks for the info. I am a retired Oncology/Hospice NP. Treated many with chemotherapy. Also, still watch the Lone Ranger re-runs. The tube is not in the water drain group in the tank area. It's forward past the back wheels and is twice as thick. Thanks again.

I have a 2011 View that I bought from orig owner and also have a white pvc tube that is mounted attached adjacent to chassis on drivers side. My tube is used to hold an extra sewer hose.

I would guess it is a freshwater overflow.

I have also seen a condensation drain tube from the roof AC in the wheel wells, so it doesn't drip off the roof down the sides.

And, to add even one more possibility - if it's right under the refrigerator, it could also be the condensation drain from the pan under the cooling heat exchanger.
