No Power to Infotainment System
I'm having a difficult time with my Infotainment System XSG3NA (again) on my 2019 Navion 24D. It is not getting power; no current is passing through fuse (#13) located in the fuse box under the dash on the driver's side behind the hood release. There is power at the fuse behind cpu unit (the unit that holds the SD card and located just above the cup holder). Fuse #13 also controls the cigar lighter and glove box light, which also are not working.
I've tried to follow the wiring diagrams to figure out why there is no power to the unit, but I'm not understanding it. Has anyone had similar difficulties getting power to the system? Any thoughts on the next troubleshooting step?
