New Purchase? - Minnie Winnie 31K or Spirit 31K

Hello All

Im sure this has been asked 1000x ,Im interested in the Minnie Winnie 31K or Spirit 31K and dead set on that after 3yrs looking around . I want a used 1 or 2 yr old with low miles and the premium pkg and maybe the full body paint . Im pretty conservative and used to sell cars ages ago and things have changed and rv are different ,but I know how to deal . So my question is ,people say go off NADA to get a feel but don't add options. Those are some expensive options though . and NADA is in my price range but sometimes there is a huge difference in asking and NADA low and avg price . ppl say never buy msrp and take 30% off that and there is always sales reflecting that . I just want to offer a good deal and walk if told no but on the other hand I need to be fair . and not unreasonable . One other thing . I was looking to buy this winter to hope with a better deal and with covid and sale sky high should i wait till fall/winter 21/22

The best deal is the one you take, based on your budget and feel about the unit you're looking at. I'm not sure if that answers your question. Talk to some RV dealers, tell them what you're looking for, and see if they have anything close, maybe as a trade in, then start the process. I would think buying private might get a better number, though.
