Minnie Winnie/Spirit air conditioning

I'm considering either the 26T or 31K and am concerned that apparently these have only 1 A/C and no provisions to install a second. The 26T at 28.5' might be acceptable in a southern climate but I'm really wondering about the 31K at 32.5' length. Generally speaking competing models in this lengths, FR Forester offers 2 11.5K units with an EMS and load shedding, Entegra Esteem the same as I recall, Thor Omni/Magnitude has 50amp and 2 15K A/C/ Yes I know the Thor mentioned is a different class (super C) but a similar length at 33.5 for a model I'm considering. We live and spend most of the time in this warmer climes and I don't want to get something that cut the mustard. The dual pane windows offered in the WM/Spirit can help some but they do have a small R-value.
