Lithium battery issue

On the road and plugged in to shore power. Been doing this for 3 weeks straight, moving around to various camp sites. Tonight plugged in and and turned on the a/c, everything ok. Checked my batteries and got a fault code of “high voltage state” and “cell over voltage”. 20VJ with Lithium batteries. Any ideas? When charging I show 38 amps, normal.

Are the batteries and charging/monitor systems factory installed? Or did you add them? If factory installed, what does the manual say for those two errors?

If these are the factory installed lithium batteries - they should be the Lithionics Group 31 125Ah batteries, that have a smartphone app that can be used to view the status of each battery.

Those batteries have a built-in BMS (Battery Management System) which should protect the battery from these issues.
