2020/2021 View/Navion have the MBUX system.

The rear view camera comes on automatically when entering reverse or hitting the rear view camera button on the top left of the control buttons under the MBUX display.

When pressing the button, the camera will only be displayed when running at low speeds - at higher speeds, a warning message is displayed indicating the camera doesn't operate at higher speeds.

The camera will be automatically turned off once the vehicle starts moving (except at a very low speed).

The limit for display of the camera at high speeds is built into the MBUX system and cannot be disabled.

Since the rear view mirror is completely useless in an RV, Winnebago probably has the ability to either configure the settings to enable the camera view or request that MB does that when the chassis is sent to Winnebago for use in an RV.
