How to turn Off RR AUTO HTR HIGH LOW SWITCH ON DASH

we own a 2013 Access Premier on an Econoline 450 chassis, gas powered with V10 Titon eng. the air from the floor vents in the back is too hot for our puppies while traveling. Cant find this switch in my books! Thanks
