how to adj slide out stops on 2012 24M Navion

Hello Friends. I have been searching for instructions on hot to adjust my stops on the 24M. The left side is pulled in about an inch and not allowing me to close the storage door without a hard slam. The right side is perfect. I am hoping for a step by step and maybe even pictures. LOL Good luck huh. Thanks for anyone who maybe about to give me some guidance.

They are generally self limiting and are not user “adjustable.” You want to resync them. There are plenty of YouTube vids on this but the usual process is to run them all the way out and all the way in repeatedly.

Always go all the way in or out and not stop mid-activation and when you hear the motor(s) whine at the end keep holding down the button. That whine sound is the motor torquing out and is good for the motor.

I hold down the button a good 5+ secs after everything stops. Then after I release it I push the button again and you can hear the motors move then click. That clicking is syncing. I repush the button until the motors no longer react and click.

I do this every time I use my slides.

This should fix everything, but if the slide is way out alignment you may need professional help.

Thank You Sir

I failed to mention that I did that earlier in the week. It had no effect on the slide and its adjustment so like you said, Find some professional help. That is , unless, someone else has a trick up their sleeve.

It may not be much help on getting a fix but there is a great site to give you a look at what is in there behind all the walls, etc.

Parts catalog here:
https://catalog3d.winnebagoind.com/menu/Parts.htm

Under your slide here:
https://catalog3d.winnebagoind.com/2012/176915.htm

The yellow highlighted item is ID'd as this, and says "electric sync, so perhaps some different form of sync???

I think I looked at every You Tube video but found what I needed.

Its all done from inside using the in/out switch, the 4 buttons in the back etc. Thanks everyone.
