Horn on the View
What if anything are people doing for a horn in place of the bicycle (at best) horn on the Sprinter? I feel there is a need for more toot for the rig.
Thanks

On previous motorhome I replaced the stock Ford wimpy horn with a compact air horn..... I purchased the Stebel Nautilus compact air horn and was quite pleased with the results. Google, " compact air horns ", and you'll get plenty of results. I understand many are pleased with the Wolo units. After considerable spec. study, though, I chose the Stevel product.

I have seen this question before:

Maybe a nice Train Horn would help?
Thanks, Eagle5

From inside the cab, the 2019 Sprinter horn for our 2021 View doesn't sound very loud.
But when I used it while my wife was outside - she said it was very loud.
Before changing out the horn, try listening to it outside - it may be louder than you think...

I installed these:

They have a set for the newer chassis, too.

I would like to thank everyone for their suggestions.

I replaced the pathetic thing with a pair of Fabin horns (high and low note) that I found on Amazon for $25
Very easy to remove the front grill and install directly behind it. It took a total of 1/2 hour to do the job

I got the PIAA horns on the recommendation of some others on the View/Navion Motorhome Facebook site. Sounds really good. Passenger side was pretty easy as it fit where the OEM “toy horn” was located. Had to splice the wire and feed it in and behind the top portion of the radiator to get to the driver’s side. There is an existing post you could attach it to, but with the vibration of driving I opted to cut it flush and got a much more secure attachment. Longest part was figuring out how to take out the radiator cover. Easy when you know how kind of thing.
