Half way through our 13500 mile coast to coast trip with our ‘19 Navion, I noticed that the front left tire had worn past the tread on the inside half of the tire. Took it into a tire shop and they had to readjust the camber, mount two new front tires and realign the front end. Mechanic said he’d seen the camber problem on Sprinters often before and that MB has a fix kit to prevent it from happening again. Anyone have this camber problem or experience with MB’s fix kit?
I had a similar problem on my 2020J. When I bought it I had an alignment done, but they did not add the camber bolts to properly adjust camber. After replacing tires I got a new alignment and this time the place added the Camber bolts, so I’m hoping I’m good this time. I don’t want to have to replace tires at 15,000 miles again!
