Equalizer Systems Height Adjust

I really like this system and it’s ease of use. Currently in my driveway there is a minor R to L slope (no slope warning, ~ 4 deg) that the system compensates for with the exception that it will lift the wheels off the ground leveling on the low side. I did add Snap Pads that add approx an inch, but it was doing this before I did. There is plenty of leg/chassis travel on both sides to allow for a solid level with all the wheels solidly on the ground. Currently I’m having to let it auto level and then lower each side manually until the low side as wheel contact. I have reset the null but this apparently is just the level, not the leg extension. Still way better than manual leveling but not exactly as intended either.......

You've probably already read the troubleshooting stuff, and this situation isn't described in it.

My equalizer always lifts the front tires off the ground in all circumstances where it is not required. I've set the null numerous times and have talked to their factory reps. Seems this is typical as I've seen other 2020+ models with the same condition. 2 weeks ago I talked to another tech and he suggested setting the null with the nose pointed down more (he called it over compensating). So now I hit the auto level and the front tires won't be off the ground but it does make the back end high. But all I do it let it auto level, and then hit the back jack arrows down 3 tob4 times to be at level. Defeats the purpose of autolevel, but still less thinking to do than manually leveling. Seems the equalizer brain is not that intelligent. Most people will likely live with it not knowing or caring. All my other coaches never had this problem but I have a different brand jacks in those.
