I bought a used 2006 Outlook 31c and it has electric door locks. I found a 2006 Outlook brochure and it stated that a wireless entry remote was standard for all models in 2006. If that's the case, I should be able to get a replacement fob and get it programmed, right?
Based on the article in this link, it doesn't sound promising, Spyder. Wow! I hope mine never quits on me. I have two, and if they both crapped out, I'd probably just go with manual operation on my 2007 Outlook.
